Since the pandemic of COVID-19 started, every country has her own strategy to flatten the curve so as not to overwhelm their healthcare facilities, Singapore is no exception. While we implement working from home (WFH), stagger work hours and other plans, I have also started to WFH. WFH definitely save me my commuting hours, but I also forgot to take breaks, drink water, less movement, giving rise to more stiff necks and shoulders.
